What We Offer
Therapy for Kids, Teens, and Young Adults
We provide a warm, affirming space where young people can explore identity, express emotions, work through challenges, and build confidence. Whether they're navigating big feelings, gender exploration, neurodivergence, or everyday stress — we’re here to support them.
Support for Parents & Caregivers
Whether you're feeling supportive, unsure, or somewhere in between — we’ll meet you without judgment. We offer guidance, resources, and space to process so you can show up for your child with love and clarity.
Family Sessions
We help families stay connected through transition, conflict, or change. Our goal is to create open, supportive communication and strengthen relationships, even during hard conversations.
Letters for Gender-Affirming Care
If your child or teen needs a letter for gender-affirming hormones or surgery, we can help. We only charge for the therapy session itself, and we’ll fax the letter directly to their provider.
